Outdoor 2026:  Placed 15^th in the 800m with an outdoor personal best (1:56.27min) at the Emory Thrills in the Hills. Placed 15^th in the 400m with a personal best (51.09s) and member of the 4x400m relay team. Placed 8^th in the 800m with an outdoor personal best (1:56.16min) at the Tufts Stampede. Placed 1^st in the 800 with an outdoor personal best (1:54.79min) and member of the 1^st place 4x400m relay (49.9s/ auto split) at the BSU Invite. Placed 2^nd in the 1500 (4:08.59min), 1^st in the 800m (1:56.41min) and member of the 1^st place 4x400 relay team (3:22.27min) at the Outdoor MASCAC Championship, earning All-Conference honors. Qualified and participated in the Division III New England Championship in the 800m with a personal best (1:54.43min) and member of the 4^th place 4x400 relay team (3:20.45min; 49.8s /auto split), earning All-New England honors. Qualified for and participated in the NEICAAA Open New England Championship 800m (1:54.43min), placing 13^th; and member of the 4^th place 4x400 relay team (3:19.95min, 48.9/auto split), earning All-NEICAAA honors. Placed 11^th and set a personal best in the 800m (1:52.86min) at the MIT Final Qualifier. Recognized as MASCAC Runner of the Week on 1 occasion. Ranks #4 in the 800m on the BSU All-Time Outdoor Performance List.

Indoor 2025-26:  Placed 3^rd and set a personal best in the 800m (1:58.34min) at the Suffolk Relays. Placed 3^rd in the 800m with a personal best (1:56.70min) at the BU/Mini Meet. Placed 2^nd in the mile (4:30.31min) and member of the 4^th place 4x400m relay at the Branwen Smith King Invite. Placed 2^nd in the 1000m with a personal best (2:35.07min) and member of the 4^th place 4x400m relay at the Gordon Kelly Invite. Set a personal best in the 800m (1:54.62min) at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic. Placed 13^th in the 800m (1:55.95min) at the Riverhawk Invite. Placed 2^nd in the mile with a personal best (4:23.10min) and 1^st in the 1000m, earning All-Conference Honors at the Indoor MASCAC Championship. Placed 19^th and tied personal best in the 800m (1:54.62min) at the Saucony Battle for Boston. Qualified and participated in the Division III New England Championship in the 800m (1:54.63min), placing 14^th. Placed 11^th in the 800m (1:55.44min) at the Tufts Final Qualifier. MASCAC All-Academic. Ranks #4 in the 800m,  #6 in the 1,000m, and #5 in the mile on the BSU All-Time Performance List.

Outdoor 2025:  Placed 7^th in the 800 (2:01.54min) and 12^th in the 1500 at the Tufts Snowflake Classic. Placed 2^nd in the 800 and 2^nd in the 1500 at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 19^th in the 800 at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 3^rd in the 1500 (4:07.10) and 8^th in the 800 (2:03.45) at the MASCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Part of the 4x800 relay that competed at the Division III New England Track & Field Championship (relay split 1:57.1min).

Indoor 2024-25:  Opened season with 4:38.61min in the mile at the new balance Early Bird Invite. Set a personal best and finished 7^th in the mile (4:27.48min) at the Boston University Mini Meet. Placed 7^th in the 1000 and ran a personal best (2:39.64min) at the Tufts Branwen Smith King Invite. Placed 1^st in the 800 and set a personal best (2:01.53min) and part of the 1^st place DMR at the Reggie Open. Placed 14^th in the mile at the Crimson Open. Placed 3^rd in the 800 (2:02.14) at the Wheaton Post-Season Qualifier. Note: the 2025 Indoor MASCAC Championship was not held. Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2025 winter sports.

Outdoor 2024: Placed 16^th in the 1500 at the Corsair Classic. Set an outdoor personal best in the 800 (2:02.90min) and set a new personal best in the 1500 (4:13.11min) at the Amherst Spring Fling. Placed 18^th and set a new personal best in the 1500 (4:10.89min) at the Silfen Invite. Set a new personal best and placed 4^th in the 1500 (4:04.94min) at the Tufts Sunshine Classic.   Placed 2^nd in the 1500 and 4^th in the 800 at the MASCAC Championship. Member of the 4x800 relay that competed at the New England DIII Championship. 1500 time ranks 9^th on the outdoor all-time BSU Performance List. Named to MASCAC All-Academic Team for Winter/Spring.

Indoor 2023-2024: Placed 12^th in the 800 at the Suffolk Relays. Placed 5^th and set a personal best in the mile (4:35.14min) at the Lyon Invite. Placed 4^th in the 800 and 5^th in the 1000 at the Massasoit Classic. Placed 17^th with an indoor personal best in the 800 (2:02.74min) at the Tufts Cupid Challenge. Placed 2^nd in the 800 (2:03.72min) and member of the 2^nd place 4x800 relay at the MASCAC Championship.
