Poto Places 11th in 5,000-Meter Run at Tufts Meet

MEDFORD, Mass. -- Bridgewater State University senior Danielle Poto (North Andover, Mass.) placed 11th in the 5,000-meter run at the Tufts Final Qualifying Meet on Friday evening at the Gantcher Center.

Poto posted a time of 17:44.28 as she was less than three seconds off her personal-best time of 17:41.68 recorded earlier this year at the Tufts Cupid Challenge.

Poto entered the meet ranked 30th in all of Division III in the 5,000-meter run.
