Outdoor 2025: Set a personal best in the 10,000 (32:29.89min), placing 5^th at the Tufts Snowflake Classic. Placed 11^th in the 10,000 (32:38.32min) at the Silfen Invite, elite race. Placed 1^st in the 10,000 at the MASCAC Outdoor Championship for the second year in a row. Placed 7^th in the 10,000 at the NEICAA Outdoor Championship, named to the “All New England Team” for the event. 10,000 ranks 7^th on the BSU All-Time Outdoor Performers List. MASCAC “All Conference”.

Indoor 2024-25: Set a personal best in the 5,000 (15:23.62min) at the new balance Early Bird Invite. Set a personal best in the 3,000 (8:55.77min) at the Boston University Mini Meet. Set a personal best in the 5,000 (15:23.26min) at the Suffolk Relays, placing 4^th in the meet. Set a personal best in the mile (4:35.11min) at the Tufts Branwen Smith King Invite, placing 4^th in the meet. Set a personal best in the 5,000 (15:20.11min) at the Riverhawk Invite, placing 12^th (of 53 athletes). Placed 4^th in the 3,000 (9:00.22min) at the Crimson Open. Placed 8^th in the 5,000 at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship, named to the “All New England Team” for the event.  Note: the 2025 Indoor MASCAC Championship was not held. 5,000 ranks 4^th and 3,000 time ranks 7^th on the BSU All-Time Indoor Performers List. Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2025 winter sports.

Outdoor 2024: Placed 1^st in the 10,000 (33:28.97min) at the Corsair Classic. Placed 9^th with a personal best in the 10,000 (32:54.30min) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 1^st with a personal best in the 10,000 (32:49.28min) and member of the 2^nd place 4x800 relay at the MASCAC Championship. Set a personal best in the 10,000 and placed 11^th (32:43.06min) at the NEICAAA Championship. 10,000 time ranks 8^th on the outdoor all-time BSU Performance List. Named to MASCAC All-Academic Team for Winter/Spring. Named to 2024 MASCAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field All Conference Team.

Indoor 2023-2024: Placed 18^th and set a personal best in the 3000 (9:16.79min) at the Suffolk Relays. Set an indoor personal best in the 5000 and placed 4^th (16:05.02min) at the Lyon Invite. Set a new personal best in 5000 (15:56.29min) at the Riverhawk Invite. Set a new personal best and placed 1^st in the 5000 (15:54.59) at the MASCAC Championship. Named to 2024 MASCAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field All Conference Team.

Outdoor 2023: As a freshman…Placed 1^st in the 10,000 (33:53.19) at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 5^th in the 5000 (PR 16:29.30) at the Springfield Classic. Placed 19^th in the 10,000 (PR 33:48.48) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 21^st in the 1500 at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 2^nd in the 10,000 (33:29.37) at the MASCAC Championship. Placed 16^th in the 10,000 at the DIII New England Championship. Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2023 spring sports.
